Please Note:
- Rates quoted do not include a 13% Government Tax which is subject to change without notice and a 6% service charge.
- Rates quoted are for 2 guests per unit for 1 bedroom units, 4 guests per unit for 2 bedroom units and 6 guests per unit for 3 bedroom units, including children.
- The maximum occupancy for 1 bedroom units is 2 guests and 6 guests for 2 and 3 bedroom units unless otherwise noted.
- An additional $50 daily rate per person will be charged for the 5th and 6th guests in a 2 bedroom unit regardless of age; the additional guest charge for the 5th and 6th guests does not apply to 3 bedroom units.
- A Holiday Season surcharge of US$150 per night applies December 20th through January 4th in addition to the nightly rate listed above.
- A Thanksgiving Week surcharge of US$100 per night applies from the Saturday before to the Saturday after Thanksgiving Day in addition to the nightly rate listed above.
A Minimum Stay is applicable by season:
- 3 nights during Spring, Summer & Fall seasons of Apr 15th – Dec 14th
- 5 nights during Winter season of Dec 15th – 19th and Jan 5th – Apr 14th and for stays that include any night of Thanksgiving Week (Saturday before to Saturday after)
- 7 nights during December Christmas/New Year period of Dec 20th – Jan 4th
A short stay opportunity during the Winter season may be possible based on availability, but must be booked directly with our office.
The Plantana ‘Family’ (repeat guests) discount must be directly requested by contacting our office.
