The newest Cayman Yacht Club Restaurant, Bacaro is famous for their sashimi served on a salt block, perfectly paired with a glass of Prosecco and enjoyed on their beautiful terrace overlooking the canals. The menu is inspired by traditional ‘bacari’ of Venice, featuring freshly caught seafood, locally grown vegetables and a tiramisu that is to die for.
