Situated directly on the beach, on the uppermost floor, this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ocean front penthouse condo offers panoramic views of the beach and Caribbean Sea. In addition to the screened lanai, this unit has a large, private open-air terrace. The master bedroom has a king bed with bathroom en suite and the second bedroom has two queen beds. An air mattress, highchair or crib can be accommodated. Maximum occupancy: 6

Plantana is awesome

Plantana is the best kept secret in Cayman. It has the finest beach of any other resort on the island, and the units are always clean and up to date. I continue to stay at Plantana and recommend it to friends in Cincinnati. The house cleaning staff and the front office are also wonderful.

Perfect Location!

Perfect location on seven mile, very quiet private beach to enjoy. Condo was wonderful. It was spacious for our family of four and a perfect sunset view every night. The property was well kept. We enjoyed so much we made plans to come back next year!

Plantana property was exceptional for our needs. The unit was well appointed with everything we needed (beach access, beach chairs, umbrella, clean pool, well maintained property). Two minor complaints. #1 - I was told the beach chairs were "first come first serve". I would say over 35% had beach towels on them from the night before so not everyone was following these rules. This was more irritating than a problem but it did require me to get down to the beach @ 6:30 AM each day. #2 was the shower in the master bathroom didn't work very good. Trying to get hot water to run was a total mystery. I notified the staff but nothing appeared to be repaired. Once again, not a huge deal but for over $1,200 per night, I expect to be able to take a hot shower everyday without issue.

This was an incredibly comfortable and well-appointed condominium with a spectacular view. The abundance of outdoor spaces made it feel just enormous, and we were able to feel like we had ample space to be together and entertain friends or to find private nooks for alone time. The staff and level of service way exceeded our expectations. We are planning to book for next year right now!

Amazing Week at at Plantana Condo #44

We made our 7th trip to stay in Condo #44 from 11/13-20/2024. Our visit was absolutely wonderful as it had been on our prior six visits. The condo is perfectly situated on 7 Mile Beach for picturesque Caribbean views and beautiful sunsets. The condo amenities are perfect for all our needs - extremely clean and well maintained. We particularly love having a terrace and screened in porch. The Plantana beach and grounds are so peaceful and relaxing. There is always a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the amazing views. Everything is always in perfect order. We will be back for an 8th visit very soon!

Fantastic as always
This is our 4th visit to Plantana in 10 years and, once again, we were able to stay in our favourite unit, 44.
The unit and the complex were very clean and well maintained. All the improvements made in the past few years were great.
The beach and pool areas are the best on 7 Mile Beach and there are plenty of food and shopping options in walking distance if you are uncomfortable driving on the left side of the road!!
All in all, Plantana is THE place to stay on 7 Mile Beach.

Heavenly Staycation

Closed borders have many locals suffering from a severe case of island fever, but staying in #44 was a tropical getaway that felt like we were elsewhere in the world. With breathtaking vistas from the two balconies, most of our time was spent staring off into seas of palest emerald merging to darkest blue. The property also boasts one of the most pristine stretches of Seven Mile Beach which invited us into the ocean on a daily basis. It was truly a tropical getaway right in my own back yard. 10/10 will recommend and stay again.
