Situated directly on the beach on the uppermost floor, this spacious penthouse 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean front condo offers panoramic views of the beach and Caribbean Sea. In addition to the screened lanai, this unit has a large, private open-air terrace. This unit is actually a two-bedroom unit with the second bedroom locked-off, so the bedroom and living areas are larger than that most of our other one bedroom units. The master bedroom has a king bed with bathroom en suite. An air mattress, highchair or crib cannot be accommodated. | Maximum occupancy: 2

Wonderful Stay

The Cayman Islands is my idea of a great relaxing vacation
This is my second time staying at these condos never disappointed great access to the beach and pool miles of beautiful sand for walking along the beach always feel safe getting around the island and my favorite thing is the beautiful clear blue water so relaxing great for snorkeling or just floating around

Vacation in Paridise
The location, beach and comfort of an oceanfront fully furnished condo made this vacation fantastic. The staff at Plantana were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back to Grand Cayman and I will not consider a hotel as none can compare to Plantana.

Excellent Getaway
This was a spacious unit with marvelous views at an excellent location. The unit was tastefully furnished (loved the water colors from local artists), with a well stocked kitchen. The management staff and cleaning staff were friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Loved our stay, as usual.

I felt our stay was 5/10 at best due to simply the A/C not functioning properly. We called several times and even had a technician come out to only be made aware that the temperature would not be able to go below 75 degrees which resulted in very warm and sleepless nights. This being our second time to the resort were very excited with our decision to rent unit 43 but the A/C prevented a truly great experience. We will unfortunately have to consider other accommodations when returning to the island.

Plantana Paradise!

We have been enjoying Plantana's hospitality every year for over ten years, and are always looking forward to our next stay. The beachfront location is ideal on Seven Mile Beach. The professional, friendly staff are wonderful and now feel like family. Even during COVID travel restrictions, they made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable quarantine period there.
The beach at Plantana is beautifully maintained, and never crowded as are some of the larger hotels. A variety of excellent restaurants are close by, and our favorite Japanese restaurant (Yoshi) has a great happy hour and is just a short walk away.
In summary, we love Plantana as a perfect home-away-from-home in Grand Cayman.

Seven Mile Beach Escape

We checked in ahead of New Years to enjoy the last week of our Christmas break on Seven Mile Beach; we've never been able to afford to stay on the beach for the fireworks let alone during "high-season" and we just had to take advantage of the rates and availability for an once-in-a-lifetime experience while the boarders are still closed. We ended up extending for 2 more MONTH's which goes to show how hard we fell in love with this place. #43 has breathtaking views and a private terrace that you just can't describe or find at any other property in Cayman. The unit was meticulous and a dash of nostalgia of what Cayman used to be which felt like home instantly. Pair this a fantastic location and super friendly staff we really didn't want to leave. This experience was such a luxury while we're unable to travel and we will be encouraging both locals and returning visitors to book their stay at Plantana - you really can't go wrong here and we hope to stay again one day soon.
