This ground-floor 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a peaceful blend of garden and ocean views with direct walk-out access across the lawn to the beach. Its corner location provides added privacy and an easy indoor–outdoor flow through the screened lanai.
The master bedroom features a king bed with ensuite bath, the second bedroom has a queen, and the third has two twin beds. A rollaway, crib, or highchair can be added on request.
Comfortable for families and small groups, the unit sleeps up to 6 guests, with no surcharge for a 5th or 6th adult.

Perfection at Plantana

Last year while visiting Cayman, I was in search of the perfect spot to stay for my son's wedding in December 2025. Beginning with stopping by, and working with the employees at the front desk, continuing throughout our stay, the employees were top notch. The units and the property are immpeccable, but most importantly the LOCATION located on 7 mile beach was devine! We will be back!!

Amazing Stay
They say you never get a second chance to make a good first impression and that holds true with Plantana Condos. Our flight was delayed out of Charlotte so we arrived tired and later than expected. I rang after hours phone and was greeted with a friendly smile, and xtra towels and keys and we were off. The condo was clean and suitably stocked if you wanted to grill on the charcoal grills located around the property or cook inside. Rooms are cleaned daily (except Sunday) beds made, fresh towels and dishes removed from dishwasher and put away. The beach was absolutely perfect and only a few steps away. We had perfect weather to enjoy morning walks with rainbows and evening walks with some spectacular views. Great place to stay, will definitely return!

Plantana Perfection- as always!

Our family has been coming to The Plantana since they were built in 1982!! For a Father’s Day gift, my brother and I and grandkids gifted my 94 and 90 year old parents a trip to Grand Cayman and stay at the Plantana this past July ‘25! My parents love the homey layout of the condos around the grassy area with the pool, and the beach just steps from all the condos. We needed a three bedroom and our favorite ground floor unit was already booked so we were in #1, which is the furthest from the beach but on the ground floor too. It was a challenge but doable for my parents with their canes. My brother and his family stayed in #4, also on the ground floor and they loved it as well. We did have two maintience issues, which were resolved quickly. The staff is very accomodating in every way. The setting of the trees on 7 Mile Beach and the gorgeous water, snorkeling and sunsets make the Plantana an ideal stay rather than a noisy hotel. Very much recommend if you want to have your own condo with a kitchen, washing machine, porch and immediate access to the beach!

7th Stay at Plantana

This was our 7th time staying at Plantana. We have had such great experience staying at Plantana that we never question where we are going to stay when we visit Grand Cayman. The location on 7 Mile Beach is fabulous! The grounds are excellent. Unfortunately, this stay was not as good as our previous stays with Plantana. The master shower did not work. We had either water that was scalding hot or cold. Maintenance was called and fixed the issue. However, the next day, the same issue came up. Add on a Sunday and Monday Holiday meant that almost half of our stay, we were limtited to one shower for our family. Very disappointing. Housekeeping this stay was not very good as well. Overall, we still like Plantana but this stay certainly did not live up to our previous expectations. For our next trip to Grand Cayman, we will have to look at other options on 7 Mile.

We hope that the recent remodel to 3 bedrooms is profitable & works well for the owners. For our large family the former & bigger living room was ideal. Our family is shrinking so we still managed alright for dinner gatherings in the smaller living room area.

Plantana is our Home Away From Home when in the Caymans!
We LOVE Plantana! The rooms are spacious, homey, clean, and comfy. Great kitchen, bathrooms, and gathering areas. We always end up on the screened patio! The pool is just right and the distance to the ocean can't be beat. Plenty of chairs,tables,and umbrellas on the beach. Love the short chairs for sitting in the surf, too!

The perfect getaway
The location is prime, beach access to a spot that is not crowded at all. property is clean and well-maintained. there were restaurants within walking distance, we enjoyed Eats and the Japanese restaurant next to it. Our hot water wasn't working when we arrived, upon notification the issue was almost immediately addressed and repaired. We would definitely return and will 100% recommend this property to friends and family!

We have been coming to GC and staying at Plantana for over 20 years. The accommodations are consistently excellent and suits our family's needs for a fun and relaxing vacation! The staff are friendly and always so helpful with any requests. The grounds and property is well maintained and the location cannot be beat! There is much to do in Grand Cayman so be sure to take advantage of all that it offers!
