Mark "Moke" Huck
Property Manager
Moke spent his early career in the local dive industry teaching visitors and locals all about Cayman’s magnificent underwater paradise. He enjoys helping guests who want to explore Cayman’s seas and reefs, and he’s also the numbers man in the office (not to mention a resourceful handyman). Come have a chat with Moke about your upcoming plans to snorkel or dive, and he’s sure to suggest a few things to make your adventure memorable.

General Manager
Tara grew up immersed in Cayman’s tourism industry, from her early days at the old Holiday Inn to leadership roles in hotels and condominiums. With a hospitality career spanning back to the late 1990s, she has built extensive experience in property and people management, always focused on balancing exceptional guest service with strong owner relations.
Her connection to Plantana is also personal — her mother once served as Property Manager, making Tara’s leadership a continuation of that legacy. She is proud to guide Plantana into its next chapter with a commitment to warm service, sound management, and community connection, ensuring it remains a place of comfort and Caymanian warmth.
