OCEAN VIEWThis is the right location for those who enjoy being set back from oceanfront activity but still want to keep a glimpse of the sea in sight. Plantana’s expansive lawn, lofty arching palms and other tropical plantings precede a partial view of the ocean and sunsets beyond - you can enjoy both of Plantana’s best features. Comfortable garden seating is found in the BBQ area. One, two, and two/three bedroom units. Parking is close by.

OCEAN FRONTIn our ocean front units, you can stay put to enjoy ocean vistas and our glorious sunsets. The ground floor units are mere steps from the pool, the sand, and the sea, and they offer up-close interaction with others - it’s where your children will discover friends. The ground floor units situated closest to the ocean (numbers 6 - 15) have a surcharge for their ease of access to the beach. The upper floors offer sweeping views of the sparkling blue Caribbean Sea as well as the far reaches of Seven Mile Beach - in fact, the higher you go, the more expansive the view becomes. Most are two bedroom units that have a large living area with sofa bed. Two penthouse units (43 & 44) have private open patios as well as screened porches. Unit 40 is a one bedroom unit; Unit 25 is a two bedroom with an extra, private den with a trundle bed. You can BBQ on the beach or at multiple garden sites.
