Listed below are the requirements of getting married in the Cayman Islands:
- A non-resident marriage license
- An official letter from the authorized Marriage Officer who is going to officiate at the ceremony
- Proof of citizenship and age (18 years or older without the consent of legal guardians), such as a passport or a birth certificate and a government photo identification
- Proof of marital status (bring a notarized copy of a death certificate or divorce decree for individuals who were married before)
- Cayman Islands Immigration Department card or Cayman Islands international embarkation/disembarkation card for cruise ship passengers
- Two witnesses at the ceremony
